Welcome to Ovafit.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ovafit website, online platform, educational content, videos, programs, and other services made available by Ovafit.

By accessing or using Ovafit, creating an account, purchasing content, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the services.

These Terms are intended to apply to Ovafit's general online services and educational content. Personalized kinesiology and exercise coaching may also be subject to a separate Client Agreement and informed consent process.

1. About Ovafit

Ovafit provides kinesiology-based exercise assessment, individualized exercise programming, exercise guidance, coaching, and educational content designed to support women throughout pregnancy and the postpartum journey.

Ovafit's services are designed to support exercise and movement and are not intended to replace appropriate care from your physician, midwife, physiotherapist, pelvic health professional, or other healthcare provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement in your jurisdiction to purchase or use Ovafit's paid services.

If you are under the age of majority, you may only use paid services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

By using Ovafit, you confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into any applicable agreement.

3. Your Account

Certain Ovafit services may require you to create an account.

4. Purchases and Payments

Prices for Ovafit services and content will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Your purchase may also be subject to additional terms, including a separate Client Agreement or specific terms presented at checkout.

5. Personalized Kinesiology Services

Personalized kinesiology services are subject to additional terms that may be provided in a separate Client Agreement.

These services may include an initial assessment, individualized exercise programming, and ongoing check-ins.

The personalized nature of these services means that exercise recommendations may change based on information provided by the client, changes in health or pregnancy/postpartum status, symptoms, progress, goals, and other relevant circumstances.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and current information and notifying Ovafit of significant changes that may affect their ability to exercise safely.

6. Educational Content

Ovafit may provide educational content relating to pregnancy, postpartum health, exercise, movement, fitness, recovery, and related topics.

Educational content is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

Educational content is not intended to diagnose a medical condition, provide emergency medical care, or replace individualized assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.

Information presented in educational content may not be appropriate for every individual.

You are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for you and for seeking appropriate healthcare advice when necessary.

7. Exercise Safety

Exercise involves inherent risks.

Before participating in exercise provided through Ovafit, you should consider your individual health circumstances and follow the safety information provided by Ovafit.

You should stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention when you experience symptoms or circumstances that require medical assessment.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact 911 or your local emergency service immediately.

Ovafit does not provide emergency medical services.

Clients must communicate relevant changes in their health, pregnancy, postpartum status, symptoms, medications, injuries, or healthcare-provider recommendations to their Kinesiologist.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Ovafit does not guarantee any particular fitness, health, pregnancy, postpartum, rehabilitation, weight, strength, performance, or other outcome.

Individual results vary based on many factors, including health history, consistency, circumstances, recovery, exercise participation, and other factors outside Ovafit's control.

9. Pregnancy and Postpartum Considerations

Pregnancy and the postpartum period involve individual physiological and medical considerations.

Exercise recommendations may vary between individuals and may change throughout pregnancy and recovery after birth.

Information provided by Ovafit should be considered in the context of your individual circumstances.

Where appropriate, Ovafit may recommend consultation with or clearance from another healthcare professional before beginning, continuing, or progressing exercise.

All Ovafit content is owned by or licensed to Ovafit unless otherwise indicated.
